I have experimented with many methods in my 25 years of teaching point beginning student. For both sexes and for any age level, I found a three-step approach perfect for developing sound fundamentals. When the student becomes comparable with the basics, you may wish to modify steps as is natural stroke begins to pour. Regardless of the number of steps the bowler which is to take eventually, the fundamentals that matter by the three-step approach must be mastered first, the beginner should master the instructional techniques in the following sequence the trial swing, one step delivery, dry run, complete approach and delivery with the ball.

Starting position — set starting position for beginning bowlers is not recommended until they’re bowling it and evaluate. Woo back a bit if you feel you’re crowding your approach; move up a little if your finishing your approach to far behind file. Likewise, the beginners positioned to the left or right at on approach is decided by experimentation. For a start right-hander substratum approach for having the second spot in the right, left-handers the one having the second spot in from the left. The spot is usually on the 15th board. The target from the starting position should be the second arrow in. This is satisfactory that beginning, since more subtle choices targets is not yet important. You may want to try different starting positions for a few games and until you find not most comfortable spot.
